Final images will be delivered digitally within a reasonable time frame, as agreed upon between you and the photographer. The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
The photographer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
